Our Instructor:

Carmen is a Clinical Social Worker Specialist with many years of experience providing mental health services to youth and their families. She graduated with honors in 2010 with a Master of Social Work. Carmen has more than 14 years of diverse experiences, with a particular focus on healing from trauma and abuse. Populations served include but are not limited to PTSD, Anxiety, LGBTQ+, relationship/marital issues, depression, and managing stress. Carmen is the owner of P. I. N. K Solutions where psychoanalytical innovation neutralizes chaos (k). P.I.N.K Solutions’ purpose is to provide rejuvenation to the mind, body, and spirit of people in the community. She is available to provide therapy to all ages with the youngest being 5. Carmen is also the author of the self-help book “Secrets Kill: Come out of the Darkness.”
